I remember the times when there were no reviews. Travellers would just come on their holidays, enjoy our lovely holiday homes, recommendations and restaurants and then happily return home. We would receive a personal letter of thanks, but mostly happy guests meant silence until they would book their next holiday. :)
Since recent years OTA or booking Portals have made reviews more and more important for small business owners. Customer service is valued and appreciated and at Luxury Villas Mallorca we offer our travellers and our owners great customer service. We advertise on many many portals so you can see many of our reviews for ourselves and our properties. There are still many travellers however, that are happy but do not leave a review. So if you come across any of our properties and there are no reviews this is either a new property listing or we have lots of happy guests.
